Are you really open 24 hours?
Most branches offer self-service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A few branches have shorter self-service hours, so check your branch's page. Drop and Go counters are staffed during the day, usually 7am–6pm Monday to Saturday and 8am–5pm on Sundays and public holidays.
How do I pay for self-service?
Self-service machines are card only at every branch (no coins or cash). Drop and Go accepts card and cash.
How much does a wash and dry cost?
See our prices page. A self-service wash is priced per machine, and drying is priced per 20-minute cycle. Laundry washed at home usually needs 3 or more drying cycles.
When can I collect my Drop and Go laundry?
Loads dropped off before 11am can usually be collected the same day.
Is there a minimum for Drop and Go?
Washing, drying and wash-dry-fold have a 5 kg minimum charge. Ironing has a 2 kg minimum charge.
Can you clean duvets, curtains or wedding dresses?
Yes. We wash duvets and blankets in-store, and our partner Atlantic Dry Cleaners handles special garments, curtains and rugs (up to 2 m x 2 m). Ask at the counter or contact us.

Do you install laundries in complexes?
Yes. We install and manage laundry facilities for apartment blocks, estates and complexes. Contact us for details.
